The Landmark building

The redevelopment of the former Bank of England site at the junction of Pilgrim Street and Swan House roundabout has seen the construction of Bank House, a 14 storey, 120,000 sq. ft. Grade A landmark office building, with complementary ground floor retail uses. The project, managed by Bowmer & Kirkland has been finished using Rawson’s solution dyed nylon carpet tile called JAZZ. Jazz is a range that provides considerable choice with 24 colour ways on offer. The range is class 33, heavy contract accredited, castor chair tested and offers an ideal solution to a busy space. In this instance a single colour has been used, however the design possibilities are endless with Jazz when looking at other ranges that strategically carry matching yarns to allow designers the chance to implement patterning and borders when required.
